Velma's new SWAP, so excited.

I was so super happy when I found out that our dear friend Ms. Velma is hosting a tag swap. Some of us know her as a kind, beautiful and creative lady, if you don't know her head on over to her blog and get to know her and her BEAUTIFUL WORK. I would love it if some of my friends would join me over at VELMA'S new swap.

Have I mentioned that I LOVE Webster's Pages. I have a plan to work with every paper design they've ever made. It was kind of hard for me to stop with the embellishments, but this is as simple as I can get. I made that main focal flower, super simple and fun to make.

I'd like to start by saying that I'm very blessed and thankful for what I do have! But, a girl can still dream. Even though I have a cute and a oh so pretty little scrap closet-nook, just to myself. I still dream of the day I can have a whole scraproom.
So in the mean time I've taken over my kitchen. I don't cook or use my kitchen at all, so I figure it's just a wasted room. Don't get me wrong I think cooking is a beautiful art form too, but I was just not blessed with cooking skills. But, I do LOVE to bake! go figure. So here is peek at how I've taken over the kitchen......I think I need HELP, before my scrapbooking takes over my little house.

I know this is not my garden blog, but I just had to let you take a peek into my garden paradise. It's been raining here in Miami for about a month now, well maybe not that long. I love my back yard oasis but, the rain has kept me in doors. Today it finally stop a bit, long enough for me to take these pics.

All my plants are so super happy after allllll this rain. I know we needed the rain but, enough already. I want to use my pool!!!! Take a look, I'm so blessed.
Actually I love to swim at night with all our out door mood lights on, we hang out in the pool and talk. This is my idea of swimming. I'll finish a lap and have a sip of my fav chilled wine, do a another lap and another sip. So you see why I need my nightly swim LOL.

This is my paradise, this pic was taken earlier in the season. Now you see why I love to play in back yard too.

I made these dellish chocolate Eiffel Tower lollipops for my friends at our last crop. I used fresh dark and dark mint chocolate and OMG so good, I had to keep hubby away from them. This was my first time using this mold that I found on E-bay. I made these little tags and ofcourse I had to have some glitter with anything Eiffel Tower.

This weekend I really had no special project in mind and that's ok by me. I just felt like paying with my goodness. I took out some of my dies, chipboard, favorite papers and glitter. I love the look of glitter against news paper print or any black and white print. I don't know why but, I just love that look. This is what I came up with and I can't wait to incorporate these die cute pieces into my projects.
Hope every one is having a fun weekend.

So happy that my blog was featured!!

Just had to tell, because this is the first time that my blog has been featured. HERE on so super excited to be recognized!

I had such an amazing weekend!!! Our monthly crop this time was hosted by Kathryn she hosted it at the Paper Niche, the crop tables all had little goodies for us, Kathryn gave us these super cute ocean themed goodness and she also gave every one of us a $5.00 store gift cert. On top of that the store gave us a 20% discount on our purchases, SWEET! Thank you Kathryn for being such a nice hostess and for choosing the Paper Niche.
The day stated by MERCY, ANA and myself heading to the flea market. WOW, it was great, I found tons of goodies at amazing prices. I got lots of vintage yumminess, I'll post pictures of my goodies latter.
At the Paper Niche, I had a BLAST with the die cuts available to us. I went banner crazy, they had these cute little banner dies and I just went for it. It's always so nice to spend time with my scrappy friends, we had a blast! I was so into it that I totally forgot to take pictures. Our next crop is hosted by YEYA and I can't wait.

Here are my little banners. I made these for my mom, sister Dolly and my friend Beth from Alabama. Hope they like them.
